Healing Crystals | Do Anyone Believe In Crystals Healing?

I am collecting rock crystals for ornamental purpose as I am so fascinated by them. However my friend is a great believe in crystal healing. She suggests that I ought to experiment with those crystals on me and my family but I don’t know whether the crystals have truly sacred power properties in healing or people just made them out to be.Apparently, it could be medically dangerous if you don’t know how to do it? Please advice me before I waste my time to heal for myself and others.P.S I do not want weird jokes lol

Yes they do posses healing attributes. Depending on the crystal you have will change what it helps with. You will also need to cleanse the crystal before you try to use it for anything because crystals gather energy from everything around them and if something bad came near it then it would have picked up the energy and wont work as well anymore. There are many ways of cleansing crystals but i would recommend leaving the crystal out over night at the base of a tree, or in the moon light. These are both simple and easy ways to cleanse crystals and are quite effective.Hope this Helps :)

Well it sounds pretty crazy

i would google. it.

It’s only dangerous if you are sick and imagine that the crystals are going to heal you instead of getting some real treatment.

Don’t you think if a bunch of rocks could really heal you that is what they would be handing out at the hospital instead of expensive medication and surgery?

It is a load of hogwash.

“For centuries, crystals and other gems have been desired for their alleged magical healing and mystical paranormal powers. This belief continues today among occultists and New Age healers, even though it is based on nothing more than testimonials, the placebo effect, selective thinking, wishful thinking, subjective validation, sympathetic magic, and communal reinforcement. There is no scientific evidence that crystals are conduits of magical energies useful for healing and protection, or for telling the future.”

Longevity | How To Increase The Longevity Of Air As I Play My Trumpet?

Any breathing practices? Also for singing, I can’t hold on to a note very long.

Play any note and hold it as long as you can. Do this everyday, you don’t even have to do this for more than a minute. You’ll see results. Basically practice.

Breathing Gym.

Do it for a couple of days, maybe a week.. and you’ll see a huge improvement in air flow.

it doesn’t start until 0:50. So you might want to fast forward.

If you have access to a pool, pools are a great way to increase lung capacity. Try doing laps and breathing as little as possible. I used to do competitive swim and it increased my lung capacity a great deal.My brother, when he was younger would hold his breath a lot (like 24/7) to increase his lung capacity. Also, whenever you practice, just hold a note for as long as you can, or do slurred scales. This will help a lot… with lung capacity and intonation! The more you practice, the more you’ll see the results. Just make sure you don’t push yourself TOO hard… You wouldn’t wanna pass out!

Hypnosis Cures | Can I Use Self-hypnosis To Become Allergic To Something?

Bizarre question, I know. So it’s supposedly possible to use hypnosis to cure allergies, could it work the opposite way? Or even if it won’t cause any physical symptoms, could I at least convince myself that I’m allergic to a certain food, or something like that?

No

Healing Prayer | Which Religion Concept Is Good Reagarding The Prayer To God?

Christianity:you have to pray in the name of Jesus. Then only healing is done.Islam: You have to pray in the name of Allah. He is the mightiest healer.Judaism: You have to pray in the name of Jehovah. He is the ultimate healer.Hinduism: Pray as per your wish.Healing is done only for your soul not for your body.Buddhism: There is no higher prayer than meditation. Both your soul and body will be healed.Atheism: Prayer is nonsense.Healing is just imaginary.

Undoubtedly Buddhism. No second question about it.

Cheneyism: Shut the f*ck up.

Buddism, of course.

Buddhism

Taoist/Atheist

The one that says, “God is too Omniscient to bother with you praying to Him. He doesn’t need you telling Him. or proving to the other people around you, what He already knew about you on your Conception Day. So stop treating Him as if He is.” That is the one I would suggest.

For christianity, the proper prayer, like judaism, would be to Jehovah/Yahweh, however, christianity includes the “acceptance of christ” within the prayer, hence “in the name of Jesus”.

Additionally, catholics pray in the name “of father, son and holy spirit”, which is their understanding of the deity of God.

A touch of Buddhism and the rest atheism. Prayer provides false hope. Those trapped in the Twin Towers prayed until the buildings collapsed. What excuse could believers have ? God was busy at the time?

Acupuncture | Could Acupuncture Really Help Me With My Migraines And Neck Pain?

I have had migraines since I was a kid. Over the years, they have worsened. I had a neck injury that caused my migraines to increase in pain and frequency and no doctor has been able to help. I have seen a chiropractor and a neurologist. Neither has helped nor know the cause of my migraines. I have heard acupuncture can help but I am SOOOO afraid to do it! But, if it really going to get rid of my pain, I will do it!Will it work?

There is nothing to be afraid of with acupuncture treatment. Perhaps you have heard of someone else’s bad experience. I would seriously consider this because there are no side effects. If it helps, keep going. Basically, the acupuncturist will determine where your energy channels are blocked, and place needle in those areas. There are certain protocols for headache, neck pain and migraine pain. Also, consider changing your neck pillow as well. This can help with headache pain.I would highly recommend you try acupuncture. Even Dr. Oz Recommends it !Check out this Neck Pain Support blog post on Acupuncture:Study Shows that Acupuncture Relieves Pain by Affecting the Brainhttp://www.neckpainsupport.com/2011/05/acupuncturerelievespain.htmlNeck Pillowshttp://www.arc4life.com

If you’ve tried all the medical solutions like migraine medications, then you can try acupuncture. I heard it depends on the individual but it can help with pain syndromes by increasing blood flow and endorphins to the area. But it works for some and not for others.

If you think a placebo treatment will help, go ahead. It doesn’t hurt much.

Holistic Healing | Does Holistic Healing Work?

so i have tried everything to get rid of my acne and nothing has worked..i now have BDD and suffer from depression due to the acne on my face. therapy doesn’t do anything for me either, so i was wondering if i should go to a ho;istic healing doctor that does Homeopathy, Herbology, Nutrition, Detoxification and Spiritual Counseling. my question is does this stuff actually work? i can’t live another day doing nothing about my acne… i’m at the end and i just need help. but it’s going to cost money /: so i just need to make sure it’s going to help…. i’m a 18 year old girl

Holistic healing does work if you choose the right practitioner. Since you have body dysmorphic disorder you need to realize that your perception of your acne may not be as bad as you think. Work on th BDD first. Don’t give up on counseling. If your present therapist isn’t working out look for a new one until you find the right fit.

I’ll try not to get too technical, and know that I have little experience with holistic med. Natural medicine I have done years of research.

If this nest statement makes sense to you, then you may want to take my advise.

For animal we look to their coats, eyes and teeth for over all health, we are animals also.

It’s kind of funny, you hear all those ads for products and they all say, no harsh chemicals and yet they contain alcohols, benzene, etc.

INSIDE: Poor condition on the inside can absolutely affect our outside. Poor condition may include, parasites, retention of waste (which can be in small intestine, or a plaque that will not be gotten rid of in a short (like a week or two) time frame, poor diet, lack of enough and good drinking water.

OUTSIDE: Your skin has what is called an acid mantel, Most soaps and washes are very basic which destroys this and makes the skin more susceptible to infection. I get my teenager to wash with a clean facecloth, if you feel you need a soap of some kind, find a basic one, (colloidal oatmeal is very good, Aveno in think, but i don’t know how basic it is). Get a good quality oregano oil (health store, high concentration), then dilute it with olive oil. This will help kill the bacteria, wont strip away the acid mantel and is miscible with the sebum the bacteria are living on. You may be producing excessive amount of sebum. That, maybe hormonal. Good luck, really hope this helps.

Hi Jasmine, I would really recommend you to read the e-book “Acne No More” by Mike Walden who is a certified nutritionist and former acne sufferer. In it, you will find a holistic healing program which involves detoxifying your body with all-natural foods and a special skin care regime. The book has helped thousands of readers improve their condition and some including Mike himself have succeeded in staying acne-free. The full-program is going to take some time to complete but if you persevere, it will address the root causes of acne and give you much clearer skin! If you’re looking for quick results, try the “quick results mini-program” for a week which should work to clear up your acne quickly and then revert to the full program for maintenance and sustainable results. I understand your budget concerns, hence I am recommending the e-book which costs $39.97. You can return the book within 60-days and get all your money back if you think it does nothing for you. So basically the regime costs little to nothing at all. I hope you’ll try it out.

And try to stay away from acne medication. Most have harmful side effects (for example, antibiotics weaken the immune system) and either don’t work or work only for a while. Please try to stay happy because moods can really affect our skin’s condition so it won’t help at all that you feel low. You are afterall still a teenager and will have many many good years ahead of you! And lastly, drink plenty of water to flush out acne-causing toxins. Make sure your urine is quite clear and colorless over the course of the day whenever possible.

I hope I’ve helped in some way! The “Acne No More” book and some of my experiences with acne can be found at www.acnepimplehelp.com

Best wishes,

Shontelle
