Energy medicine healers have nearly as many techniques and options as their more mainstream counterparts. Often the treatments and procedures are relatively conventional and easy for the average person to relate to. Therapies involving colored lights, magnets, acupuncture and targeted sound frequencies are effective and easy for people to wrap their minds around.
